For a long time (since I read this blogpost) I wanted to cycle to work. Its only today that I've acted on the plan. It has been a very exciting 10 km ride. The inclines in Bangalore are merciless. So are some motorists. I was constantly reminded of the following comic strip. Believe me, the words in the second frame are so true.
Thankfully, what didn't happen was this.
Tomorrow's plan is for tomorrow. But what I do expect is more frequent cycling. And, thanks Sri, for lending the cycle!

Only cycling makes you realize that ring road from Domlur towards Koramangala is actually uphillish all the time.
Great start.I hope you keep going.Check out the bangalore cycling community in orkut,if you still havnt.They are doing a great job.
