Here's one blog widget I've been looking for : library thing
If you've noticed the side bar, two new members have surfaced: my books and search my books. While my books section tells you all the books I have (rather, I have cared to add to my catalog), search books will help you look for a particular book that you might want to borrow. (now, lending is up to me, right?)
About library thing itself, I think it has been one of the best website designed with the end-user in mind. How many websites allow you to register by entering only in two fields? (username and password; no email ids asked, no confirmation). This is a delighter for me. Next: it shows how many more people have the book in their catalog, which is a great value add for me. (For example, the book Yajnaseni is owned by one other person, which took me by surprise!) The design team has done a great job and I recommend to all the 5 (which was 6 earlier) readers of my blog to use it. You may use the search widget but again, lending is upto me. okay?

hey!! Vishnu!! thats quite a collection you have there. How come I dont see any PGW here old egg :)?. BTW did I mention, I bght "Life with Jeeves"...aah merriment!!!
