Group all the cities / towns / villages that the river flows through as one single state.
Call it the Kaveri State.
Then, award pink-slips to the members of the committee who passed the Cauvery Tribunal
(Yes, I mean, starting from Talakaveri, through Srirangapatna, Talkad, ..... Srirangam, Trichy, .. ... ... )

Sounds simple enough, I'll let. But, how does one manage the whole Kannadiga/Tamil conflict?
Thats something I'm caught up with.
How about, one State - Two Official Languages - Kannada & Tamil?
