Continuity, Calcutta and Corners

Motivation: Previous post.

Purpose: General update and other stuff

Content:

(a) Continuity:

I've observed, a break in continuity at instances when the matter of concern is supposed to continue (as if in "flow") is not really received well by me. A lot of instances for this.

1. Consider the last two movies of Shahrukh Khan - KANK & Don. The scenes present themselves as if it has no connection to the previous scene! The person is free to imagine how the scenes are inter-related.

2. This post is a continuity of the theme the previous post is posted. see? (if you don't, read till the end and you'll know. if you still don't get it, i'm sorry to say this but the movies KANK and Don are not for people like you)

3. The unplanned bandh called by certain people who chose to act-on-their-whims in Calcutta last week. Its irritating i say! It affected the every day work. There was a break in the con..

(b) Calcutta:

1. Point 3 in part (a) of this post

2. There are foxes in Fort William. and I got to hear the foxes howling.

3. Air Deccan advanced their flight to Calcutta by half-an-hour last sunday! I think this should make headlines!!

4. Sourav's, Swabhumi and the restaurant-in-the-next-building-to-swabhumi are places of interest while you're in Calcutta.

5. Hariprasad Chaurasia looks rather old in person and Lucky Ali said he has read the book "The old man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway. (he also mentioned its a good book)

(c) Corners:

My good friend O, asked, why do people like corners? there's a full fledged discussion going on here.

I prefer most of the things in corners, you know.

(d) the conjunction in the post title:

1. this blog post has all three addressed in a single post

2. In one corner of Calcutta, there was a person who was experiencing satisfaction in continuity and that person was me.

this post of urs seems to b 10 steps ahead of KANK n Don. I'm nt sure abt the movies mentioned, but, apparently ,this post dint exactly match my level of comprehension! ( esp with "This post is a continuity of the theme the previous post is posted. see?" ) However, wishin u the continuity in "satisfaction in continuity" tht u hav bin exprncing.
