This something I have discovered. A 10 minute work out will do heaps of change at the way you work.
After a 90 minute work in, a 10 minute work-out @ office helps.
(abs, pushups, crunches, reverse crunches, et al!)
it helps focus... and its fun.. gets you get more (work) out of less (time) !
