No...what you feel is more important than what you express, but again, its perspective and depends on what exactly the feeling is..
In this case, the feeling is stronger than the expression....but where did that feeling arouse in you? From someones expression ? :)

it first got ignited by someone's expression for sure!!
And that "2nd-tier" expression again was from a feeling.
Feeling always precedes expression and often succeeds too.
And somewhere along the line comes an act , a feeling that arises due to an act, inturn leading to Expressions, and those to feelings again, and depending on the person, maybe into an Act again?
Any words will do, any gesture.
