The show hamlet by pravah directed by niraj kabi is one of the good instances of exercise of the imagination. there is the blend of yakshagana, dhrupad and the shakespearean style.
There is no boundary on the interpretation.
Hamlet is a male in one style and female in the other. The boundary-less concept comes across very well. This is a kind of play that leaves an impact on the viewer.
The experiment was well made and you actually see unfolding three versions of the story being naratted in their own spaces.
